1. Use of the App

• The App is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must not misuse the App, attempt to disrupt its services, cheat, or tamper with leaderboards and quiz results.
• One person may maintain one primary account; sharing accounts is not allowed.

2. Accounts

You may use the App without an account (Guest Mode). If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for the activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account or use the external deletion request page; this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

3. Virtual Rewards

Coins, gems, XP and other in-game rewards have no real-world monetary value, cannot be purchased with real money, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Rewards may be reset or adjusted to maintain fair play.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including questions, graphics, branding and code — belongs to the QuizBaaz developer unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, redistribute or resell any part of the App without permission.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that quiz content is accurate, complete or current.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
