Delete Your QuizBaaz Account

This page lets you request deletion even if you no longer have QuizBaaz installed. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete inside the app

1. Open QuizBaaz and sign in to the account.
2. Open Profile and select Delete Account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm. Google may ask you to sign in again for security.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email the QuizBaaz support team from the email address connected to your QuizBaaz account. Use the subject QuizBaaz account deletion request and include the account's Google email address. Do not send your password, verification code or other credentials.

What is deleted

• Your QuizBaaz account and profile information
• Cloud-synced quiz history, scores and gameplay progress
• Leaderboard entries associated with the account
• Coins, gems, XP, rewards and inventory associated with the account
• Battle presence, queue and challenge records associated with the account where deletion is permitted

Data stored only on your device can be removed by clearing QuizBaaz storage or uninstalling the app. Data may be retained only when required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

Verification and processing

We may ask you to verify control of the account email to prevent unauthorized deletion. Valid requests are processed as soon as reasonably possible and normally within 30 days. We will confirm completion by email.
