1. What Docify is

Docify is a preparation tool for photos, signatures, PDFs and CVs for job/exam/college forms. It does NOT submit forms and is NOT official of any exam board or government.

2. Acceptance

By installing/using Docify you agree to these terms. If not, uninstall.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your photos, signatures, PDFs, CVs. Ensure they meet portal requirements.
• Do not create forged IDs, fake certificates, misleading docs. Use only your legitimate documents.
• You must have rights to any file you import.

4. No warranty

Provided "as is". We test against common presets (SSC, IBPS, Rail, UPSC) but cannot guarantee every portal accepts. Always check portal preview.

5. On-device processing

All resizing/cropping/PDF happens on phone. No Docify server storing files. Optional Drive backup goes to YOUR Drive under Google's terms.

6. Ads and third parties

Banner ads via AdMob (Google). Google Sign-In, Firebase Auth, Drive are Google services under Google's terms. Play Store under Google Play terms.

7. Intellectual property

Code, design, icons owned by Keshab Studios. Your documents remain yours. No watermark on CV since v1.1.2.

8. Age

18+ or parental guidance where required. Not directed to children under 13.

9. Termination

Uninstall anytime. We may update/discontinue features to comply with law.

10. Limitation of liability

Max extent permitted by law, not liable for indirect/incidental/consequential damages including form rejection. Total liability limited to amount paid (zero, free app).

11. Changes

We may update terms. Continued use after update = acceptance. Material changes noted in Play What's New.

12. Governing law

Laws of India, jurisdiction West Bengal.
